Hi Joe!
I told Ben and Nick tonight after football prcatice how you are doing football exercises just like they do... they thought that was soooooo cool!!! They wanted me to tell you that they have to do football exercises EVERY DAY - whether they feel like it or not. Next time the exercise person comes, and you don't feel like exercising, just remember that Ben and Nick are doing exercises too!! You guys can get STRONG together.

P.S. Don't give the football button back to Grandpa - you keep Ben and Nick with you. I'll get Grandpa another button.
